Sottopentola con il glitter termoadesivo * Heat transfer vinyl glitter trivet

Esperimento riuscito! Ho utilizzto il glitter termoadesivo di Tiger per personalizzare dei beauty case, l’hai visto?  e sto glitter mi ha letteralmente fatto impazzire: dalle magliette della baby alle polo di mio marito nulla si sta salvando! E quindi ho pensato ad altri usi per il glitter termoadesivo e bling bling (è proprio il caso di dirlo!) trovato! visto che resiste  ad alte temperature, lo uso per decorare un sottopentola. Ho quindi provato ad applicare il glitter termoadesivo su una piastrella (anche questa presa da Tiger): perfetto! Ecco pronti dei sottopentola, graditi regali di Natale per le mie zie! Successful experiment! So I thought of other uses for the HTV glitter and bling bling (it’s appropriate to say it!) found! seen that HTV withstands high temperatures, I use it to decorate tiles for trivets. I then tried to apply the HTV glitter on tile (also from Tiger): Perfect! Here prepared beautiful trivets as Christmas gifts for my aunts!

Come fare, se si usa il glitter termoadesivo che si acquista da Tiger: ritagliare il disegno, attenzione che se fai delle scritte devono essere specchiate e trasferite sul rovescio (la parte non lucida). Settare poi il ferro da stiro senza vapore a una temperatura alta e posarlo sulla piastrella per circa 15 secondi, così il glitter si attacca meglio. Poi applicare il glitter (occhio che la piastrella ora è calda!) con il lato lucido verso l’alto e coprire con il ferro da stiro per 15 secondi circa. Rimuovere il ferro da stiro e la plastica lucida che si sarà leggermente ondulata con il calore: il glitter è perfettamente aderente! 

How to, if you use HTV glitter from Tiger: crop the design, attention that if you make writings, they must be mirrored and transferred to the wrong side of the vinyl (the non-shiny). Then set the iron without steam at a high temperature and place it on the tile for about 15 seconds, so the glitter will stick better. Then apply the glitter (see that the tile is now hot!) With the shiny side up and press  the iron for about 15 seconds. Remove the iron and the shiny plastic that is slightly wavy with heat: the glitter is perfectly tight!

Ho testato i miei sottopentola con delle pentole appena tolte dal fuoco e non  è successo nulla, voglio dire che i disegni si sono conservati perfettamente e il glitter continua a luccicare! I tested my trivet with pans right out of the heat and nothing happened, I mean that the drawings have been preserved perfectly and glitter continues to sparkle!
